APA 6th Information Sessions- What’s New?

APA released a new edition of its Publication Manual this summer and it includes many changes to the APA Style.

Theresa Burriss, Director of LARC, and Candice Benjes-Small, Library Instruction Team Leader, will be holding information sessions for faculty and graduate students to discuss the changes in APA 6th and what it means for the RU campus.

We will update you on some of the major differences between 5th and 6th, concentrating on the format for references.  We will also be seeking feedback from you, the RU community, about interpreting some of the new APA rules.

*Monday, October 12, 4 pm to 4:50 pm, McConnell Library Classroom B

*Wednesday, October 14, 10 am to 10:50 am, Peters EIL (room C145)

*Thursday, October 15, 2 pm to 2:50 pm, Bonnie Room 210

We are also available to meet with departments or individuals; contact us to set up an appointment.
